Yahoo Sports reports that Ice Cube is working with former NBPA (National Basketball Players Association) deputy executive director Roger Mason and other investors to start a summer league that will feature 3-on-3 half-court games.The league, called BIG3, will feature retired NBA players on the court and acting as coaches.The plans are for the league to feature eight teams of five players, with a former player as a coach and another as a team captain.
