The National Basketball Association Players Association & referees are acknowledging there is currently a crisis by how players & refs interact by each other. In a write-up by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, he details the worries laid out by players & refs that have led to this much-needed discussion. Players are unhappy by How referees treat them while referees are unhappy by How players communicate by them. Roberts countered that players are overwhelmingly disconcerted by what they believe to be a disrespectful manner by that refs address players on the court of law. The league is at its best while the players are further focused on basketball than arguing by the officials, or having star players ejected from games.
